The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Österreich, Belgien, Dänemark, Luxemburg, Niederlande, Frankreich, Tschechische Republik, Finnland, Vereintes Königreich, Kroatien, Italien, Polen, Schweden, Slowenien, Slowakei, Bulgarien, Estland, Spanien, Griechenland, Ungarn, Irland, Litauen, Lettland, Portugal, Rumänien.
Dispatch costs (excl. VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of 6,50 € per order.
From an order value of 255,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:

Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the order value (gross product value):
Zone 1 (AT,BE,DK,LU,NL):
14,50€ inkl. MWSt. Für Aufträge zwischen 200€ und 500€ wird 6€ berechnet, ab 500€ erfolgt die Lieferung kostenfrei
Zone 2 (FR,CZ,FI,HR,IT,PL,SE,SI,SK):
21,50€ inkl. MWSt. Für Aufträge zwischen 200€ und 500€ wird 9€ berechnet, ab 500€ erfolgt die Lieferung kostenfrei
Rest-EU (BG,EE,ES,GR,HU,IE,LT,LV,PT,RO):
30€ inkl. MWSt. Für Aufträge zwischen 200€ und 500€ wird 20€ berechnet, ab 500€ erfolgt die Lieferung kostenfrei. Versand nur auf das Festland, Inselzuschlag!
From an order value of 500,00 €, we deliver shipments to foreign countries free of cost.

Validity check
If we pay in advance, e.g. when paying an invoice or a debit note, your data will be forwarded to Coface, Niederlassung in Deutschland, Alter Teichweg 23A, 22081 Hamburg, for a validity check using a mathematical-statistic process in order to safeguard our authorised interests. We reserve the right to reject the mode of payment of an invoice or debit note on the basis of the results of the validity check.
